Retreats are conducted in Spanish with English translation. Daily entries are allowed, except on Saturdays and Sundays. The duration varies: 7 nights, 5 nights, or 2 nights. For other dates or preferences, please contact us privately, and we will be happy to assist you.
We offer two date options:
- From July 21st to July 28th, 2024, at El Cielo de la Vera, Villanueva de la Vera in Sierra de Gredos.
- From July 30th to August 4th, 2024 (5 nights – 6 days) at Casa Rural el Pagano, Arenas de San Pedro.
During this retreat, you will explore various disciplines such as Iyengar Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Tantra Yoga, and other Neo-Tantra practices. These are integrated into our Meditative Arts, which include movement, voice, somatic release, and ecstasy. The philosophy of traditional Tantra will be your guide, allowing you to explore your own journey of individual and group inquiry.
- Yoga Classes: Two daily sessions of 1.5 hours each.
- Meditations inspired by classic Tantra texts such as the Vijñana Bhairava.
- Outdoor practices for consciousness centering.
- Fundamentals of the philosophy, worldview, and historical context of traditional Tantra, focusing on Kashmir Tantra.
- Energetic System of Hatha Yoga – Tantra Yoga and its practical application.
- Tandava, pleasure, and energy points: Explore the dance of Shiva, Kundalini energy, and its relationship to energy healing.
- Kundalini Activation (Kundalini InnerDance with Carmen Ananda Jyoti).
- Shiva – Shakti and co-dependency in relationships.
- Female Archetypal Figures of Tantra.
- Meditative Arts and ecstasy: Free movement, voice, and somatic release.
Who are the facilitators of this retreat?
- Pablo Ferrero is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher and holds diplomas in yogic studies from the University of Pune and the Bihar School of Yoga. He is also a diploma holder in Osteopathy and specializes in Ayurvedic massage and nutrition. His extensive knowledge ranges from Ayurvedic Medicine to various Eastern philosophies and therapies, such as Tibetan Buddhism, Kashmir Shaivism, and Reiki. With a degree in Journalism and studies in Psychology, Ferrero has received teachings from prominent masters in Kashmir Shaivism, such as Amit Raina, Christian Pisano, Bettina Baumer, and Mark Dyzowsky. He has also studied Tibetan Buddhism in different centers in India and Nepal.
