Okay, the website is only in German but this looks like a pretty interesting mix of performances, art, poetry slams and music, all set in a former army barracks.

And even if everything is in German the Germans tend to be pretty open to speaking in English so you won’t have to wander around the festival by yourself listening to everyone speaking Klingon the whole time.
