Immerse Yourself in the Essence of Yoga and Tibetan Buddhism
Dive deep into the essence of yoga, meditation, and the fundamentals of Tibetan Buddhism in the natural setting of the Sierra de Gredos!
We invite you to join us from April 15th to 20th, 2025, for a unique experience at the idyllic Casa Rural El Pagano. This retreat, led by Pablo Ferrero, offers you the opportunity to immerse yourself in yogic and meditative practices, with a special emphasis on compassion and forgiveness. We will explore fundamental concepts such as impermanence, mind emptiness, compassion, and karma as factors of illness or health.
We all understand the importance of compassion and forgiveness for living a life free from anger, resentment, and excessive self-importance.
