Tao Yoga and Forest Walking Meditation Retreat

This retreat offers a simple and effective way to reduce stress in a natural setting in the French Pyrénées. It is based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, also known as ‘forest breathing’.

Participants will take gentle walks in the forest and engage all of their senses. The focus is on releasing stress from the nervous system, rather than exerting the body through exercise. The 4 Day Tao Yoga and Forest Walking Meditation Retreat also includes gentle Tao yoga sessions to promote relaxation and enhance the body’s natural functions.
