*What is the Sweat Lodge called Temazcal?*
In the Nahuati language, Temazcal means: “house of the hot stone”.
This “womb” is a rudimentary low construction in a circular shape whose walls and floor are made of resistant concrete.
The ceiling resembles a small cone and inside there are 16 karmic number poles of flexible wood fixed by 4 rings. When you enter you pronounce ” all my relationships “
The intent is purification to uplift your soul

The number 4 and all its multiples have a particular meaning, in fact they represent in all senses the 4 phases of life: birth, childhood, adulthood and old age followed by death.

*What is Roda de Rapè?
A practice for aligning and cleaning the third eye

An increasing number of people dedicated to spirituality participate in rapé ceremonies, where tobacco is used as a tool to rise to a higher state of consciousness.
Revitalizing cleanses the mind, relieves us of cumbersome emotions, helps us align with a higher self, we feel calmer and energetically clean, our energy is crossed by the power of this mixture by accessing from the sixth chakra and then flowing into our body.
The indigenous tribes of South America usually make their rapé with a very strong tobacco called mapacho and mix it with various medicinal plants, such as mint, clover, tonka bean, banana peels and cinnamon.
To produce the ash, they then burn the bark of local trees. Receiving rapé is a ceremony. The natives administer each other using a pipe called a “Tepi”.
They put a certain amount of mixture into the pipe which they then apply to the other person’s nostril and blow the rapé into their nose. If you find the experience useful and acquire a certain affinity with this type of ritualistic, you can then self-administer the rape with the “Kuripe” pipe.
To participate you don’t need any particular preparation, to be open to the experience, curious and ready to let go of what you don’t need to feel free and light.
The curandero named Jayanat has been an expert for more than ten years, he knows this spiritual instrument and it is with affection that he will share it with us.
