The Ecstatic Dance Festival is a wonderful opportunity to dance with other free spirits and find warmth and connection in the the middle of winter!

We open the doors of the Freie Waldorfschule Freiburg-Rieselfeld for our Ecstatic Dance Winter Festival.
A weekend dedicated to free dance, connection, and inner alignment – held by music, movement, mindfulness, and an open-hearted atmosphere.

Program Highlights 

• Several Ecstatic Dance sessions with DJ Uhla, DJ Rio de la Luz, and DJ Subtill 
• Shared Cacao Ritual
• Yoga for relaxation & regeneration
• Workshops on mindfulness, bodywork & creative expression
• Meditations & silent spaces
• Contact Improvisation

Spacious halls with wooden floors invite you to dance, connect, and rest.
We’ll spend the weekend together on-site – creating a deep, shared field of movement and presence.

• Childcare during workshops

Catering
Vegetarian, organic meals (with vegan & gluten-free options) available from our kitchen team, or bring your own food.

Accommodation
Stay overnight in classrooms, the gym, or the main hall – bring your own sleeping mat and bag.
Separate rooms for women and families are available.

Helpers Welcome
A few spots for helping hands (kitchen, kids’ space, teardown) are available with reduced tickets.
