4 Day Yoga Retreat in the Scottish Highlands

If you like to do yoga in the Scottish Highlands this retreat is for you. The focus is to practice daily yoga surrounded by the Scottish Mountains and forests.

“The yoga room is always warm and can be heated up to 36 degrees, allowing for your muscles to be warmed up and more flexible. Tanya and the guest teachers will guide you through your practice. Warm flow, Hot 90, Restorative, Yin and Nidra,

In between your yoga practice, your time is your own to borrow one of our bikes, paddle boards or we can suggest and map out a forest walk for you. If you want to try out some Archery, we can organise this seperately. Each yoga class will last between 45 to 90 minutes, offering a holiday that you will never forget. Feel invigorated, yet destressed, as you practice yoga, relax, walk, cycle, paddle-board, rest, and take in the beautiful surroundings.

If you are new to yoga, please come along and try it out. HotintheHighlands will look after you. Their yoga practice is suitable for people at all levels.’
